FAQs
What does this site cost? It's free for one solo practitioner per suburb (except CBD). For others and business listings, there are 2 listing options; 6 months $60 / 12 months $90. Solo practitioners use their name as the web listing page title (may use alias). Business listings use a business name as the listing page title.

What information does a listing ad include? See Member example web page here Management reserves the right to alter or remove inappropriate content.

How long does it take before my listing is live? All new listings are approved by our team prior to going live and this is generally done by end of next business day.

How do I Edit my web page listing? Log in to Therapist Area and you will see a Edit Listing option. All edits are flagged to management. Any member posting inappropriate content will have their listing removed.

Do I have to include my pricing in my ad? We strongly recommend some price guide is included but it is up Members. Put yourself in the customers shoes regarding whether you would like to see some indication of pricing when looking for a service.

Do I need to be qualified to join the service? Yes, you need to disclose your qualification when you create your web listing page. You need to have a member of a recognised massage association or have a Cert IV or higher. This information is included in your listing for customers to see.

Do you guarantee bookings? No our job is to give your web listing page some exposure. Whether a customer inquiries or makes a booking depends on many factors including the strength of your service offering, how you descibe your service, your disclosed qualification, your servcie compared to others, whether you disclose pricing and price level, etc.

Do  I have to include a picture in my ad? People are generally visual so we strongly recommend members include some image; an image of themselves, a logo or other related images (max size 300 mg). Members must ensure they have the legal rights of any image used. Naturally, all images must be appropriate for public viewing & management reserves the right to remove inappropriate images.

What search options do online customers have? Online customers may search via state, suburb, postcode, gender, type of massage; relaxation, remedial, sports, etc or even use a keyword. See home page search options. Customers then contact Members directly with contact details provide or they may use the online form provided on the members web page and this emails members directly.

How do Business Listings pay? - Payment options include Paypal (offering Visa or Mastercard) or we can organise a direct deposit if you  Contact us

Do you keep credit card details? No. We actually never see credit card details.

How do I know when the service expires? Solo Practitioner listings do not expire but to ensure current information, we will occassionally contact by phone or email. If there is no reply or information is out of date, the listing may be removed. Business listings are contacted by phone 3 days prior to expiry to ascertain interest in continuing the service.

Will you include a note that services are non sexual in my listing? Yes. "This is a non sexual service" will automatically appear on ALL listings - no option, its automatic.

What are forums? Our forums are where Member massage therapists interact with each other on any topic they choose. Forums are viewable by the public but you need to be a Member and log in to contribute.See what our current members are discussing in  forums.

Can I get Help or speak to someone? Yes Contact Us has an email and phone no. option to speak to us in person.
